Job Role - Team LeaderResponsibilities:-- Sales team leaders often set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.- Insurance Telesales is a person who sells insurance policies.- Insurance Sales Representative calls clients and potential clients to grow their customer base.- The Insurance Sales Representative goal is to get information about clients\' needs and match them with insurance policies they offer- They motivate employees to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better, rather than harder.- The Insurance Sales Representative goal is to get information about clients\' needs and match them with insurance policies they offer.- Must have 2-3 years of experience of working in outbound health / motor insurance tele sales process.- Should have handled 6-10 tele caller under him/her- Should be able to work on computer system / insurance company portals.- Should be atleast 12th pass- Should be able to read and understand basic english (ref:updazz.com)
