Basic Qualifications

1. Graduation. MBA desirable.

2. People management experience. Experience in handling teams is highly desirable.

3. Experience in handling live operation preferred (wherein decisions have to be taken on the spot and actions needs to be initiated right away)

4. Filling in as needed with production duties

5. Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals

6. Result oriented, Works with speed to translate strategy into measurable and achieve results

7. Incessant Curiosity question the status quo, find ways to make things better, probing and analytical ability

8. Excellent communication and analytical skills

9. Has prior experience of working in global cross functional teams and with senior business partners

10. Has managed a team of managers/ senior managers, preferred
