The Ocrolus platform analyzes uploaded bank and credit card statements from all 9, 000 US banks and credit billers with over 99% accuracy, regardless of document quality. Crowdsourced data validation is employed to confirm the accuracy of every extracted transaction, providing Ocrolus clients with the ability to quickly work with hyper- accurate data. Key information such as average daily balance, NSF transactions, interbank transactions and more is automatically presented to users. Underwriting and auditing have never been this easy.

A Team Leader will be responsible for managing, monitoring and supervising a team of verifiers to achieve the organization's objectives and business goals. This includes and is not limited to providing guidance, instruction, coaching and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at the best of their potential. You will play a crucial role in employee satisfaction by creating a team that works in synergy to maximize the organization's growth. A Team Leader with his excellent interpersonal skills will manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently, thus helping the management in retention of a quality workforce as well as in the success of the organization.

Responsibility:

• Daily pre & post-team briefings to share any business updates & plans of action for the day
• Ensure Verifiers meet all Productivity and Quality targets
• Regularly share feedback with Verifiers based on Productivity and Quality reports
• Daily attendance tracking and break schedule adherence
• Queue Management to align verifiers basis the volume flow (movement of team members to different tasks as per requirement)
• Prompt and clear communication with the team & management
• Floor Walks to ensure proper monitoring of verifiers
• Queries related to the process to be addressed and closed
• Conflict resolution among the team members
• Proper coordination with other TLs, QAs, AMs & Managers
• Special mentoring of new team members
• Team Building Initiatives empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
• Conduct and document OTO meetings every month
• WRM to be conducted with the Leadership & Team
• Monthly performance review
• Rotational Shift 24*7
