Team Leader - LAP



Locations:

Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal, Hodal & Ballabgarh

Salary:

Up to

?6 LPA



Key Responsibilities:



Handle a team of

4-5 LAP Sales Executives



Guide team on daily sales activities and DSA relationship management

Drive monthly business targets through the team

Support team in sourcing quality LAP files

Conduct training, performance tracking, and field support

Requirements:



3-6 years of experience in LAP sales

Prior experience in

team handling

is mandatory

Strong local DSA network

Target-oriented and good people management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Experience:

in LAP sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
