Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure the team delivers high-quality client service.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with senior management to develop sales plans and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 1 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
