Job Profile: We are seeking a suitably qualified Team Leader who will be responsible for the management and direction of a team. Who can set sales targets and revenue goals for the team and guide them to achieve these objectives. A candidate who can provide training and support to the team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge with a mandate to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage team and ensure achievement of overall sales target through on-going training, support and effective management as required.
• Responsible for overall team productivity.
• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
• Handling escalated customer issues and resolving complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Reporting to upper management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to do Sales.
• Previous experience in Sales and Team handling, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Banking business products.
• Good Understanding to advise on Banking Products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
