Profile: Loan Collection Executive role in banking process Roles and Responsibility: - \xe2\x80\xa2Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
\xe2\x80\xa2Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
\xe2\x80\xa2Negotiating suitable payment plans.
\xe2\x80\xa2Maintaining customer payment records.
\xe2\x80\xa2Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
\xe2\x80\xa2Excellent negotiating skills.
\xe2\x80\xa2Previous experience working as a collection officer
\xe2\x80\xa2Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
\xe2\x80\xa2Salary - 20k = Fresher to 6 months 25k =1yr to 2 yrs. collection and sales experience (depend on interview) 25k to 35k=2+yrs pure collection experience (depend on interview) + Incentive
\xe2\x80\xa2Experience- Freshers/ 2-3years
