Client connect on delivery matters and resolution of issues . Being on the top of day\'s process issues, critical errors, escalations process issues, key achievements & problem areas . Manage the delivery of approx 300 payrolls with multi-frequencies and ensure technical compliance overall . Proactively plan for key events such as Year-End, Auto-enrollment, New payroll migrations . Continuous focus on Error reduction and process Efficiency . Devise processes for smooth functioning of technical aspects of payroll . Conduct and own the process of proactive trainings to ensure technical competent staff at all times Key skills & knowledge: . Sound knowledge of following UK Payroll legislations . Workplace Pensions, Auto Enrolments, RTI, Payroll PAYE calculations, National Insurance, FPS, EPS submissions, Statutory payments like SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP and statutory deductions like Attachment of Earnings, child Support agency deductions, Salary Sacrifice Schemes, Apprenticeship Levy, Employment Allowance, P45, P46, P6, P32, P60 forms understanding . Should have worked extensively on improving the quality of the processes Able to pre-empt the client expectations before they become stated needs. . Demonstrated the tact of going beyond the client expectations. . Demonstrated Process improvements in the process currently managed and been able to drive the improvements in a sustained manner. Support in QMS Management compliance . Minimum 4 years of latest experience in UK Payroll at a supervisory level Competent on UK payroll legislations Educational Qualification: . B. Com Graduate . CIPP UK Certified shall be an added advantage.
