Job Description

Field Team Leader manages and guides a mobile team (e.g., sales, service, project) to achieve goals by setting objectives, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, providing coaching, resolving issues, and ensuring operational efficiency and safety in the field, acting as a liaison between the team and management. Key duties involve daily operations, performance tracking, resource management (inventory, tools, vehicles), training, and maintaining high morale and policy adherence. Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

Supervise daily field activities, foster a positive environment, and motivate the team to meet targets.

Goal Setting & Strategy:

Develop strategies, set clear goals, and communicate instructions for projects and daily tasks.

Performance & Development:

Monitor performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, identify training needs, and conduct performance reviews.

Operations & Logistics:

Manage field inventory, tools, and vehicles; ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

Communication & Reporting:

Facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and report team progress and challenges to upper management.

Task Management:

Delegate responsibilities based on skills, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven leadership, supervision, or team management experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant field operations (e.g., sales, service, technical) MS Excel Knowledge Required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
