Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and action plans to support organizational goals- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills in client acquisition and relationship management- Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and onboard key corporate clients in manufacturing, distribution, and SME sectors- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of quotations, contracts, and transport solutions for clients- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction- Analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and address any performance gaps or issues promptly- Foster long-term client relationships and collaborate on cross-selling opportunities within the logistics portfolio- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and compliance with company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
