Responsibilities:
Supervise and support day-to-day operations of the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor SLAs, allocate daily tasks, track team productivity, and maintain operational TATs.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables with high accuracy and quality.
Facilitate effective communication between onsite and offshore teams.
Support customer queries and help resolve operational issues efficiently
Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to operational protocols.
Demonstrate accountability and ownership.
Conduct regular team meetings, address concerns, and support team performance initiatives.
Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
7 to 10 years of experience in US health operations or similar, with least 2 years of team handling experience.
Good English communication skills.
Candidates located in or near Trivandrum preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM - 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
