Job Title: Contract Admin Specialist
Location: Mohali (Punjab, India)

Role Purpose Statement
The overall responsibility of the Contract Admin Specialist is the accurately and timely input of commodity sales and purchase contracts including amendments. The issuance of contracts using Bunge standard terms and review of third party issued contracts, maintaining compliance with Bunge standard terms, policies, and procedures.

Key Interfaces: Internal - External
This is a role that interacts internally with Trade Execution , Risk, Finance, Trading and Legal departments across the regions Bunge serves, along with interactions externally with Customers, Vendors, and Brokers.

Main Accountabilities

  • In-put of purchase and sale contracts and relevant amendments.
  • Allocation of futures pricing, rolling of futures pricing and overfill / underfill pricing.
  • Issuance of contracts using Bunge standard terms and review of third party issued contracts.
  • Monitor the status of the activities and report upward to Manager. Responsible to ensure accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported.
  • Produce and retain documentation in accordance with internal and external policies and procedure requirements.
  • Creation of master data for new contractual counterparties.
  • Supervision and close coordination with team on day to day activities.
  • Effective communication on all day to day operational related activities with various stakeholders.
  • Work in coherence to achieve self and team goals.
  • Preparing monthly reports and scorecards
  • Daily status updates and report issues to the manager for timely resolution..
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
  • Desirable minimum 4-6 years of experience in international commodity companies.
  • Advanced in both written and verbal English. Knowledge of any other foreign language(s) would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts desirable.
  • Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office). Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
