If you would like to research information and ensure high quality data output, the Trade Dimension Operations team is the place for you.

Trade Dimensions is an online tool, allowing clients to access a retail industry database. This database has detailed information on stores, warehouses, on-premise locations, retail accounts and banners. The database contains thousands of records with location details including store counts, addresses, history of location, store size, marketing group, alcohol presence among other characteristics. This database helps clients organize their own sales force, understand distribution gaps, optimize their logistics, and understand retail channels. The Trade Dimension Operations team maintains that database to ensure the data is accurate, updated, and relevant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand TDO processes and execute those processes with accuracy. This includes all Locations Analyst Job responsibilities & execution specifics
  • Composing detailed emails to recipients across stakeholders (e.g. Change Request)
  • Always works with integrity and accuracy on data delivery and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards (Panel Security)
  • Reports generation & monitoring
  • Reports usage KPIs monitoring
  • Maintain proper administrative records as required
  • Work towards the timely delivery of data as required and per set deadlines
  • Manage a team of people
Qualifications
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication with voice and accent to interact with US Locations & within team
  • Expert in MS-Office especially in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent probing skills to extract the right data in first attempt in least time from the US Locations
  • Very high level of analytical thinking and decision-making skills in multiple conflicting references
  • Text filter-based research skills, comparing, cross referencing etc. to get accurate results
  • Excellent comprehension skills to determine the Location characteristics from News Articles
  • Understanding of the North American retail landscape (preferred)
  • Bachelor\'s degree (preferably but not necessary) in statistical, mathematics, economics, or technical field)
  • Experience managing a team
  • Team player with collaborative disposition, flexible and active
Ability to work US business hours regardless of the local time zone
