Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Contribute individually by calling professors and closing sales.

Support and motivate team members for consistent productivity.
Report sales progress and challenges to management.
Requirements:
1.5-3 years of experience in sales (team handling preferred).
Comfortable working under target-driven environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
EdTech background will be an added advantage.
