Ensure the team provides accurate information on immigration processes and requirements.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Support the delivery of business objectives and create a performance-oriented culture.
Manage workflow and case assignments to ensure efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team performance and sales targets.
Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.
