Job Description

Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize tasks, and assess risks within existing processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations and ensure team members comply with them. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and processing, to ensure smooth service delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee the client journey, from initial consultation to successful application. Ensure the team provides accurate information on immigration processes and requirements. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Support the delivery of business objectives and create a performance-oriented culture. Manage workflow and case assignments to ensure efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team performance and sales targets. Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
