Role Description This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role at Credit Adira. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of financial professionals. This includes managing the team workflow, providing guidance and training, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring quality control. Qualifications Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience in the finance industry, preferably in credit or lending Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Experience with customer service and relationship management Bachelor\'s degree in finance or related field Experience with project management and process improvement is a plus
