The clinic has treated over 10 million patients and is an authority on dental treatments and processes in India. Role Description We are currently looking for a Full-time Call Quality Analyst in Mumbai. As a Call Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring audio and digital communication between Sabka Dentist and its patients, evaluating customer service skills of Sabka\'s staff and reporting feedback to the supervisors. A successful candidate should be able to work with a team, maintain a calm and professional attitude, and also have strong communication and problem solving skills. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree Experience in customer service industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi language Knowledge of dental industry preferred Up-to-date knowledge of call center technology and practices Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently Experience with speech analytics and call monitoring tools preferred
