- Leading and handling the team of agents
- Having client resolution and client need on an agreed SLA.
- Handling escalations whenever required.
- Handling Weekly & Monthly review with Managers.
- Preparing presentations reports.
- Closely monitoring process productivity and quality.
- Conduct feedback sessions for agents to know their improvement areas.
- Motivate and inspire agents to achieve required targets.
- Give process improvement suggestions to higher management for betterment of process.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Graduated in B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers or similar field.
Additional Information
Must Have:
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and Verbal
- Self-Driven
- Persistent & willingness to perform under pressure.
- Team Building
- Problem solving skills.
