1 Plant Support 1.1 Ensure to meet PM,CBM MIQP Compliances of Plant with execution 1.2 Face Technical as well all other Audits and ensure Zero NC 1.3 Ensure Zero PTF missing due to Mechanical Breakdown To ensure smooth functioning of Plant Processes 30% Compliance Report, Technical Audit Score, PTF issue trend 2 Cost 2.1 Execute strategies for achieving reduction in SSRM budget 2.2 Execute One Time Capexes as per budget 2.3 Provide execution support in Plant Cost Saving initiatives In order to maintain cost as per budget and do possible cost savings 20% SSRM Budget, Capex evaluation report, KFA report 3 SAFETY 3.1 Ensure zero safety incident while executing all mechanical activities 3.2 Execute implementation of LOTO system in Plant 3.3 Execute Safety Capexes related to plant 3.4 Provide training to contract workmen on Safe handling of chemical lines To ensure Safest work environment in Plant 20% Safety incident trend in plant 4 Special Projects 5.1 Execute special one time projects assigned by Management 5.2 Suport in driving manufacturing drives (Zero Leak, 5S) in plant 5.3 Maintain 5S level in plant To ensure smooth execution without Safety incidents and within cost budget 30% Project evaluation report 100%
