Responsibilities 6+ years Experienced team manager and Web publisher who can create and update web pages in TeamSite CMS. Experience in any content management system (TeamSite, WordPress, site score etc.) or web publishing. . 50% allocation to production and 50% allocation to team handling . Knowledge of reporting, analytics and excel dashboard preparation. . Project management skill like Agile, Scrum . Knowledge of customer delight, trusted client relationship, leadership, and people management . Should be capable of identifying and leading project improvements. . Work from office, Gurgaon DC . Shift: 2PM to 11.20PM IST, however, should be open for rotational shifts/flexible with timings . Strong analytical skills and ability to cope with multiple projects and tight deadlines. . Should have a stable career without frequent job changes. . Excellent command of written and spoken English Technical and Professional Requirements: . Experience in any ticketing system like Jira, Salesforce etc. . Fluent web editing skills (content management systems, Web content publishing, web content authoring) . Knowledge of Sprint, HTML, CSS are plus. . Experience of working with multiple parties, based across different geographies. . Bachelor\'s Degree required advanced degree desirable. . Need to work with stake holders and global client and can manage timely releases and operation. Preferred Skills: Domain(IBPO)- Online Retail- Merchandise Execution-Web Publishing
