Job Title: Team Lead Finance

Location: Bangalore

Aptean JD for Team Lead/Asst Manager:

This role will work predominantly for India/APAC accounting. Roles and responsibilities will included mainly the below:

• To manage end to end payroll function & related statutory aspects (core activity)
• Responsible to manage all the vendor payments (AP process) & related aspects.
• Prepare various month end balances reconciliation, keeping the GL\xe2\x80\x99s clean with necessary breakup/details.
• Review and respond mails in relation to the day today work Including below:

• Employee queries management
• Vendors, Bank, consultants, Professionals, internal teams
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, FA accounting including accrual, prepaid, deferred expenses, depreciation.
• Awareness of Employee expense claims and approve the expenses, ensuring the claims are in agreement with Company Expense policy
• Responsible for treasury operations: cash flow, domestic & foreign receipts/payments, related stat compliances)
• Consultants (PS vendor) Time sheet reconciliation as part of vendor payment.
• Preparing/review/manage of accounting entries in to the accounting tool.
• Month closure activities on time, based on pre agreed schedule.
• Review and analysis of applicable General Ledgers as part of MIS.
• Timely co-ordination with various types of audits.
• Good in statutory compliance like direct & indirect tax. Strong at TDS, GST & Payroll related tax compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple locations accounting, with understanding compliance around this.

Other:

Bachelor (Commerce) with CA intermediate, having 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in similar role.

Ability to manage 1 to 3 members & their tasks.

Ability to manage and balance the workload based on the schedules.

Good at communications and interpersonal skills, to interact with employees/internal/external stakeholders.

Responsible to complete the tasks \xe2\x80\x9cbefore the time\xe2\x80\x9d especially \xe2\x80\x98month end\xe2\x80\x99 purpose.

Knowledge of Intacct/Basware/Blackline will be added advantage

Strong knowledge on Microsoft tools, especially excel.

Ability to consistently to perform given tasks; without errors & with improved quality for a longer run.

Build & own strong internal controls to mitigate any kind of risk factors.

Supporting other team members in relation to the functional goals.
