Company is a start-sup company started 2 years before & having total employee strength of 13 Persons.
They are looking for a Senior Person to become a part of Top Management of Company.
Designation: Team Lead Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Sc (IT)
CTC: 20 to 22 Lacs + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits.
Working Days: 5
Office Timing: 10 to 7 Pm
Office Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Detail :

• CRM Customization and Configuration: Lead a team in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client-specific needs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and integration with other systems.
• Power Platform Development: Leverage Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Apps to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experiences. Drive innovation in low-code/no-code environments.
• Azure Integrations: Architect and develop integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for seamless data exchange across platforms.
• Copilot Integration: Utilize and guide the team on incorporating Copilot in CRM applications to enhance automation and AI-driven functionalities.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable and secure solutions adhering to best practices in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and C#.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity in technical deliverables, understanding of client needs, and timely resolution of issues.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of developers, fostering collaboration, guiding career growth, and ensuring project success through effective delegation and leadership.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Oversee code reviews, testing protocols, and the enforcement of coding standards. Ensure the use of best practices in Dynamics CRM development and cloud integration.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus for cloud-based integrations.
• Experience working with Copilot for AI-enhanced automation.

Programming Skills:

• Expertise in C# development with strong OOP concepts.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies for front-end customization.

Management & Communication:

• Excellent client communication skills for clear technical discussions and requirement gathering.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities, including mentoring and task delegation.
