Welcome to Novonesis
In this role you'll make an impact by:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 RPA developers to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
Assign and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to develop team members' skills.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath or equivalent platforms.
Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows.
Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Troubleshoot technical issues and assist the team in resolving complex challenges.
Project Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and define project scope.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress, address risks, and ensure timely delivery of automation solutions.
Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing robust testing and compliance processes.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend areas for improvement through automation.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and implement innovative approaches.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, scalability, and maintainability of automation solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the RPA development team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams to optimize automation efforts.
To succeed you must hold:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple RPA projects simultaneously.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath.
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or VB.NET.
Experience with process analysis, re-engineering, and optimization.
Familiarity with database systems (SQL), APIs, and system integration.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Azure Dev ops.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Blue Prism Developer, or Automation Anywhere Master Certification).
Experience with AI/ML integrations or intelligent automation tools.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
