Job Title: Team Lead - IT Managed ServicesDivision: Managed ServicesLocation: ChennaiCTC: 15-25 LPAAs this position is based in India and you will be required to communicate with the team and customers based in Australia and therefore hours of working need to be closely aligned with Melbourne time zone.Technical Capabilities skills/ experience you will need to haveProcess certificate for Managed Services and Security.Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline.Extensive experience of Microsoft Azure cloud and Azure services.Minimum 5 years experience within a Managed Services environment, supporting multiple Customers.Proven skills in scripting such as PowerShell, and Python.Server technology experience in Windows and Unix/Linux.Experience in core infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS, DFS.Project engineering work and experience with hand over to operations and project implementation.Outstanding client-facing and team communication skills, both written and verbal.Detailed understand of data management component such as backup, archiving and data replication.Strong working knowledge of disaster recovery services and technologies.Always learning the relevant and upcoming technologies.Work after-hours and weekends as part of Major Incident Manager role.Ability to articulate technical information in business language.Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.Experiencing in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, load balancer, bandwidth optimisation devices and modems.Good understanding of Azure Well-Architected & Cloud Adoption Framework, Azure RBAC and governance.Good skill in customer workload discovery, performance benchmarking, Azure resources cost estimate.Hands on experience with Azure Migration and cloud migration solutions, Identity and Integration, Storage and Data Services.Good understanding of cloud security concepts specially around Microsoft security solutions (Microsoft 365 and Azure).Hands on experience of design and implement Microsoft cloud and security solutions.Good understanding of security operation, automation and orchestration is beneficial.Job DetailsWork type: Hybrid work model but will need to attend the office at least 3 days a week.Work location: Chennai and needs to reside in Chennai.Work timings: 7.6hrs a day with some reasonable additional overtime as expected.Official Working Days: Monday to FridayOfficial Work time: IST 9am to 5pm.Public Holidays: Indian calendar-based holidays.Notice Period to join: Immediate / 15 Days / 1 Month*** Detailed JD will be shared with suitable candidates onlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
