Requirement: Structures & Durability analysis Location: BangaloreGrade: L2.0/L2.1/L2.2 Experience: 10 Years Domain : I HM, Off-Road vehiclesJob description Primary responsibility is to prepare FEA Model of earth moving vehicles/equipment s (e.g. H eavy trucks, compactors, Back hoe loaders, Telehandlers, Forklift.Excavator) using commercial Preprocessing software such as Hypermesh, Simlab, ANSYS. Perform Linear/Non-linear static analysis using commercial software such as ANSYS (APDL) & Workbench, ABAQUS an d Optistruct. Perform Dynamic analysis (Modal, Harmonic, Random Response) using commercial software such as ANSYS (APDL) & Workben ch, ABAQUS and Optistruct. Proficient in 2D (Shell Meshing),3D meshing (Hex Meshing) and 1D element creation of sheet metals and C asting Components. Should be able to build /update FE Models as per Analysis requirement. Hands on Experience on Meshing tools s uch as Hypermesh and Simlab . Must have hands on work Experience in ANSYS and ABAQUS Solver. Strength, stability, and durabilit y assessment of components. Experience of correlation of CAE results with Lab and Test Track. Perform durability assessment of s tructures including detailed weld assessments according to the Standards. Experience of correlation of CAE results with Lab and Te st Track. Set-up standard processes and knowledge documents for simulations of repeated kind of nature.Required Skills (Technical Competency): Mechanical Engineer graduate/Postgraduate from recognized college/university More than 10 years of experience in C AE/FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for linear, Non-linear,Static and Dynamic analysis. Experience in Product Design in heavy machin ery equipment s. Should have a basic knowledge of FEA Theory, Strong background in engineering Mechanics and mechanical design. Should have good understanding of fatigue and durability. Knowledge of Matlab, Raw Data processing, Weld standards will be prefer red. Strong soft personal skill i.e. team player, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly & effectively etc. Strong traits of co urage to take up new challenges and take up new things in proactive manner.
