To work in a larger Application Delivery Services environment, supporting other work processes & stake holders and offering customers a quality, efficient and effective service. /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p p strong Daily Operations: /strong /p ul li Queue Management by load balancing, tracking ETA. /li li Review priority requests, delegate and representing Ops in daily status call meetings. /li li Tracking escalation request in detailed spreadsheet as Root Cause Analysis and coordinating in different phases to complete within deadline. /li li Managing all audits within Technical Review, Packaging, QA and VDI provisioning teams. /li li Handle change requests and problem management tickets, approvals, and represent in CAB calls. /li li Delivering business escalations timely, proactive involvement in high priority i, e P1, Problem Management. /li li Continual service improvement: Helping to setup and adopt new process for services, standards, project works and providing feedback on processes to ensure they are lean as well as work in an agile way. /li li People Management: /li li The Lead of Application Packaging by managing a team of application engineers and providing technical guidance and direction for the team. /li li Ensure all applications are delivered to users in the agreed SLA and that all members of that team are performing to the best of their ability. /li li Ensuring the team is motivated and productivity remains high. /li li People management, career development, performance reviews, hiring, mentoring and support technical aspirations & growth. /li li Making sure team submits their Timesheets, which are validated and approved weekly basis. /li li Rewards & Recognitions as part of Operational Excellence. /li li Play a vital role in collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, vendor partners and resources. /li /ul p strong Behavioural skills: /strong /p ul li Good communication skills and interface well with the business, line, and senior management. /li li To be customer focused and to display an analytical approach to problem solving. /li li To be a team player, working with others to provide a quality service. /li li Flexible in working on rotational shifts 9 AM to 6 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM or as demanded by the business. /li li Application Repackaging: 10+ years of experience. /li li Package/sequence applications in accordance with IT Services Standards and Procedures. /li li Application repackaging tools: /li li Expertise in Flexera AdminStudio InstallShield / Wise Package studio / AppV / MSIX /li /ul p strong Other tools: /strong /p ul li ORCA, Filemon, Regmon, process monitor, Picture taker. /li li Experience in developing installation packages using one or more of the common packaging technologies -
