Job Title - Team Lead for Developers (nodejs, php, laravel, reactjs) Ahmedabad (on-Site) EliteSigma is an IT Solutions & Services organisation. EliteSigma is looking for a Team Leader for the Developers team that we have. Responsibilities Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members. Conducting training of team members to maximise their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Conducting quarterly performance reviews. Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. Requirements Skills (nodejs, php, laravel, reactjs) Minimum 3+ years experience as a TL. On-the-job training. Excellent communication skills. Confidence and skilful negotiating skills.
