To Help Us Level Up, You\'ll Ideally Have: Experience into International and Domestic recruitments. Familiar with online job posting tools Proven track record of working with leadership level. Well-developed and highly effective organizational skills, operational skills with excellent attention to detail. Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, recommend hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates. Should be able to manage Stake Holders / TA heads /Line Managers efficiently Proven track record of success in hiring, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently. Must have worked on niche skills and targeted hiring (headhunting) Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels would be a plus Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead a team.
