Scheduling and administration: Coordinate and schedule team meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas and minutes, and handle administrative tasks like travel arrangements. Communication: Act as a central point of contact, facilitate communication between team members and other departments, and relay information to ensure everyone is aligned. Project support: Assist with project management by tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, compiling status reports, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. Documentation: Maintain and organize team documents, databases, and other information, making sure it is accurate and accessible to all team members. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
