Co-ordinate with branch network and Doing follow up with client for Gold loan renewal and closures.
One point contact of allocated branches for query related to Gold loan product for collection and operations.
Doing field visit of High POS customer allocated branches.
Taking care of auction activity of all allocated branches auction cases.
Post auction submitting auction cases files with complete document to process team.
Handing End to end Jewel loan auction process which consist of Notices send to customer, SMS auction plan confirmation, data preparation, data upload in GLAM, Publication data share with vendor, data reconciliation, GST payment, post auction process and closure in system.
Taking care of debit activity for Jewel loan product and on monthly basis publishing summary, total debit against total recovery also summarized the reason for not recovered cases status.
Coordinating with sales, branch, product for issues/queries related to gold loan auction
Maintaining Pan Maharashtra auction Bidder data which consist of name, address PAN, GSTIN, FD,KYC
