: The Team Collection Manager will play a vital role in our Recovery Branch, overseeing a team responsible for collecting payments and managing loan accounts for tractor loans and retail customers. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a strategic approach to ensure timely and efficient recovery processes.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of collection executives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes to maximize recovery rates.
  • Monitor and analyze loan portfolios, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers and retail customers to facilitate smooth collections.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all collection activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to resolve complex collection issues.
  • Generate and analyze collection reports, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loan collections and recovery.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their collection skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loan collections, with a proven track record in team management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collection management software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of agricultural finance and tractor industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
