Moreover, it offers agronomists the chance to earn additional income by providing consultations remotely. We\'re on the lookout for agronomists from diverse cultural and disciplinary backgrounds, all of whom can maintain a flexible schedule. Compensation will be tailored to each individual, taking into account their expertise and the number of consultations provided. Roles and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should be proficient in offering sound recommendations to tea producing farmers based on online resources, photo/video materials, and various analytical data. Qualifications: * A higher education degree in an agricultural field * Relevant work experience within the agronomy sector * Minimum 5 years of agronomy work experience in tea plantations * Experience in remote consutling *Proficiency in English Language Working Hours: flexible The Agronnect platform presents a unique opportunity for agronomists to engage in additional income-generating work. This can be done parallely with their existing commitments, without the need to physically be in the field.
