Designation / Position: Agronomist

/ Duties & Responsibilities / Skills:

Designation/Role: Agronomist
Number of Positions: 1
Relevant Experience: 3+ Years of experience into Agriculture Fertilizers & Pesticides
Salary Offered: Between 30K - 35K PM, Depends on the previous experience.
Education Qualification: B.Sc (Agri) / M.Sc (Agri) / PHD

: We are looking for an agronomist to investigate and implement solutions for our clients in the food production and farming industries. In this role, you will examine, research, and solve problems related to crop management, output, and quality. You will also develop tailored agronomic approaches and oversee interventions on behalf of the company.

Should be focused on developing and promoting better farming practices. A top-notch agronomist should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical with excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1.Developing better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving problems for clients.

2.Researching and promoting agricultural strategies to counter the effects of changes in soil, climate, weather, and pest damage.

3.Visiting fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples.

4.Testing samples for nutritional deficiencies, diseases, or other changes.

5.Assisting with the plant sourcing, testing, and selection.

6.Keeping detailed records regarding fields, customers, crops, and samples.

7.Generating reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties.

8.Conducting training on products and techniques through educational presentations.

9.Managing teams of scientists while conducting field visits or laboratory work.

10.Developing planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

1. Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.

2. Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

3. Presentation Skills.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 OR 30 Days

Mode Of Interviews: Only F2F interview at Doddaballapur office location.

It is purely work from an office job.

Pick Up & Drop Facility provided only from Hebbal to Doddaballapur location.
