Role : .Net Support Location : Kolkata Experience Range : 3-6 Years Resolve Incidents and Service Request within the SLA which are escalated from L1 and L2 teams Monitor Batch Jobs and Analytics reports Perform Daily Application Monitoring and take appropriate actions for any issue resolution Follow the Change Management process for any changes to be deployed Drive high Priority Incidents to closure Follow the set ITIL Service Management Processes Create / update application documentation Provide / review resolutions to Break fixes, create scripts, resolve performance issues and work on small enhancements Deploy applications/upgrades to the applications
