Monitor Batch Jobs and Analytics reports . Perform Daily Application Monitoring and take appropriate actions for any issue resolution . Follow the Change Management process for any changes to be deployed . Drive high Priority Incidents to closure . Follow the set ITIL Service Management Processes . Create / update application documentation . Provide / review resolutions to Break fixes, create scripts, resolve performance issues and work on small enhancements . Deploy applications/upgrades to the applications
