We are seeking a Developer to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge.

We want to meet you if you also have business understanding and problem-solving skills. You should have experience with data and business analysis to be considered. It would be best if you were analytical and a good communicator.

Basic Requirements for a Developer

• BS/MS/BTech in Computer Science or Information Technology. Besides that, one needs to have considerable work experience in similar fields.
• Experience in python of 3+ years, in data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing projects.
• Understanding of RDBMS concepts with MySQL/Oracle/Postgres or NoSQL
• 3 to 4 years of experience working with a self-service tool, preferably Power BI or Tableau.
• Deep knowledge with Python, HTML, CSS and other JavaScript libraries and expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)
• Should be familiar and experienced in SQL.
• Understanding the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
• Additional Knowledge in Alteryx would be given priority
• Have developed solution on Zoho Creator

Roles and Responsibilities of a Developer

The main roles and responsibilities of a developer are as below:

• To work with Finance Team, identify automation opportunities
• BI development and administration.
• Building Analysis Services reporting models.
• Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop/Tableau/Zoho Analytics.
• Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
• Able to implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in

• Responsible for design methodology and project documentation.
• Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.
• Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.
• Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.
• Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
• Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, Visual Studio, etc.
