Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Desktop Publishing Specialist Do you take pride in designing presentations and documents? Are you a self-starter, but also enjoy working with dynamic teams? If so, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for talent like you to join our Hyderabad based USI BTA team supporting our extended team in Australia. You will be an integrated member of the USI BTA team based out of Hyderabad and will be fully engaged with the Australian-based T&L teams. Work you\xe2\x80\x99ll do As a DTP Specialist, you will collaborate and work with bid teams to coordinate and integrate various pursuit resources to design compelling pursuit deliverables. You are expected to be an individual who is motivated to be part of a successful team. You will be challenged every day and your work will be as diverse as it is rewarding. Your Role

• Provide desktop publishing, powerpoint and formatting support for pursuit related documents (RFPs, orals presentation, brochure, reports, etc)
• Formatting deliverables as per Deloitte brand standards ensuring strong, polished aesthetics and consistency throughout
• Developing and executing concepts, range of layouts, templates, interactive documents, iconography and wireframes in line with creative briefs
• Making edits to refine and finalise projects as necessary
• Managing projects to ensure timely completion against agreed upon deadlines
• Following efficient workflow and review requirements to meet stakeholder expectations
• Collaborating with onsite team members as appropriate

Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Required Skills and experience:

• Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications or commensurate experience
• 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in desktop publishing
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (word and Powerpoint)
• Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is desirable
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong conceptualization and visual storyboarding skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines for concurrent projects
