Job Description

The Senior Tax Manager would be part of Centralized Tax team. Would be responsible for heading tax operations and managing direct tax, international taxation, transfer pricing and indirect tax compliances for Cactus Communications Group (including its overseas subsidiary entities)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for independently handling all transfer pricing matters including monthly inter-company invoices in accordance with groups transfer pricing policies, transfer pricing documentation and inter-company agreements, TP audit, assistance in filing TP return, Master file, transfer pricing assessment etc.
Responsible for managing direct tax compliances such as, advance tax, corporate tax returns, applying for lower withholding tax etc for India as well as overseas subsidiaries in Asia, UK and USA.
Monthly review of books of India as well as overseas subsidiaries from tax perspective including income tax provisions, deferred tax etc.
Working closely with the tax Consultant and internal team to close tax audits, statutory audit, tax assessments and appeals for Cactus Group including overseas subsidiaries.
Working knowledge and experience in handling indirect tax compliances including GST return filing refunds, GST audit etc.
Lead critical tax projects, managing critical tax issues, handling FEMA and other related regulations wherever needed

Qualification:
Qualified CA with minimum 6 to 7 years post qualification experience
Should be able to lead tax operations including managing tax team
Should have experience in handling tax compliances of overseas entities (eg, Asia, USA, UK)
Sound technical knowledge and understanding of International taxation, Transfer pricing and Indirect tax
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective relationships at all organizational levels
Excellent spoken English and good email writing skills including technical drafting
Working knowledge of accounting software (eg: Oracle, SAP etc.)
Education: CA (Chartered Accountant)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
