Tax Cert Voice Associate (fresher)
Job Description
Contact the tax assessor s/collector s office to obtain real estate property tax information. Enter the information obtained into the system. Deliver 35 completed tax certs per day. Manage the pipeline on a daily basis. Make entries of orders according to criticality and deliver according to the defined TAT. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Graduate with at least 0-1 year of prior experience working in an international voice process. Knowledge of US mortgage Title Insurance, and methods of preparing a Tax Certificate is preferred. Ability to handle calls, effectively use a computer. Good typing skills with a speed of 25 wpm. Good communication and email writing skills. A quick learner and a good team player. Should be willing to work in night shift.
