The Team

Work you\'ll do

As an Executive in our GES Compliance team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:

• Preparation of Tax withholding and advance tax calculations
• Deliver compliance related work
• Preparation and filing of individual returns of NRIs, VIPs and expatriates (inbound and outbound)
• Deliver other Tax, Immigration and social security related compliance services
• Interacting with overseas Deloitte offices and overseas clients
• Liaising with clients for Compensation and Downloading compensation data from e-Room
• Uploading the tax return on the website
• Filing and preparation of engagement letters, invoices, tax returns, form-16
• Assisting in using GES technology tools for client work
• Preparation of various internal MIS reports for the purpose of arriving at the time cost incurred, billing

Qualifications/ Experience

Inter CA

3 year plus experience in Taxation

Technology certification courses

Strong Technical Knowledge

Well versed with IT skills - proficient in use of technology

Analytical thinking & clarity of Concepts

Effective communication (oral & written) and presentation skills

Good Management Skill (Time & Cost)

• Develops knowledge of current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Legal function
• Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
• Collects, assimilates, and analyzes data and uses standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems in the Tax and Legal business
• Applies technology knowledge to address client business challenges
