Urgent Hiring with the leading Medical Equipment Manufacturing Industry (US Based) for the Profile of Tax Analyst for the Gurgaon Location

Profile:- Tax Analyst

Location:- Gurgaon

Work Mode:- Hybrid

Qualification :- Master\'s Degree in Business is Desirable/Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting

Experience:-5-8 Years

Budget :- Depends on Experience

Job Responsibilities:-

Income tax compliance - 50%

- Prepare foreign informational forms for the US Federal income tax return (5471, 8975, 1118, etc.) using OneSource Income Tax

- Prepare workpapers, calculations and analysis to support the US Federal income tax return including fixed asset workpapers, Meals and Entertainment, GILTI and others, as needed

Other tax support - 30%

- Assist in the preparation of the income tax provision in OneSource Tax Provision

- Maintain database of quarterly income tax provision calculations and related tax return support

- Support of transfer pricing policies including: preparation of profitability analysis, preparation of transfer pricing memos and other support, as needed

- Analyze income tax accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations

- Prepare monthly reports utilizing SAP and BPC

- Suggest process improvement and automation initiatives.

Sales and Use Tax Compliance - 20%

- Preparation of tax returns, coordination of payments and maintenance of sales tax payable account

Essential Functions of the Role:-

- Knowledge of One Source Income Tax and One Source Tax Provision

- Experience with U.S. Multinational Corporations

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Detail oriented and analytical

- Excellent communication skills
