TASC Relationship Manager for Bandhan Bank

Location Chennai, Indore, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Guwahati

Grade: Manager & Sr. Manager

- The role entails identifying business opportunities across the city through new acquisition and deepening existing relationships in the TASC (Trust, Association, Society and Club) business segment. The role has a P&L responsibility contributing to the larger branch banking & channel objectives.

- Responsibility to increase TASC market share/business in their respective area

- Achieve individual sales productivity metrics through acquiring new TASC customer

- Manage relationships with key clients and ensure cross selling initiatives in order to deepen the customer relationship

- To increase TASC awareness amongst branch staff and support them in sourcing business by doing joint call and query resolution

- Ensure product & process training to the branch banking team as and when required

- Ensure quality sourcing

- Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products, KYC, AML

- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Work experience should include sales (TASC along with other non-individual products) in banking.
