With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). : A Senior Network planning and optimization manager is - An expert level in Network planning and Optimization of 4G technologies and 5G cellular networks. Have an analytical mind with good problem-solving skills, good team player, able to work independently and under time pressure Owns and manage stakeholder relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas. Ensure operational continuity and smooth execution by implementing proactive delivery management practices Primary contact within Nokia for planning and execution, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation topics for all phases of the execute process Continuous Management for Planning and implementation of the Project Management methodologies Assurance of compliance to delivery model as defined by central NPO Ensures all project and operational management is in full alignment with Nokia Mode of Operation (MoO), BG / BL guidelines. Plans customer project and keeps plan updated to reflect and anticipate changes by coordinating change management on all aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule and quality. Measure and track operational KPIs (SLA, time, scope, quality) and cost compliance (recharge vs CBL) Drives for continuous efficiency improvement in terms of cost adherence and to optimize projects\' operational performance. Strong alignment with other stakeholder on the process, tools, way of working, knowledge management and best practices Work on Business case and CBL for NPO Project across markets Assures consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities Monitors and controls that the project is delivered within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope. Set up and maintain clear and effective internal and external communication within the relevant project stakeholders (e.g. customer and project teams) Drive Customer Satisfaction through the established survey mechanisms and by providing services that are fully compliant with the SLA/KPI Own monthly acceptance target together with Deploy PBM Determines delivery approach alternatives and manages the selection of the final recommended approach to delivery. Ensures that the project meets all objectives for quality and looks continuously for quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Actively applies appropriate best practices and lessons learned throughout the life of the project. Monitors, controls and reports KPIs defined in customer contract. Ensures data in all project-related tools and repositories is kept up-to-date and with high quality. Conducts thorough risk management for all project risks and opportunities.
