Maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring proper heating and safety.
Check food quality, taste, and presentation before service.
Manage portion control and minimize food wastage.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Assist in inventory by checking availability of spices, flours, and raw materials.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and contribute to menu innovations when required.
