specializes in preparing authentic Indian cuisine, blending traditional spices and cooking techniques to create flavorful dishes. Here are the key responsibilities:

Menu Planning:

Designing and curating Indian dishes that align with restaurant themes and customer preferences.

Food Preparation:

Cooking a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and regional specialties.

Ingredient Selection:

Sourcing and using high-quality spices, herbs, and fresh ingredients to maintain authenticity.

Kitchen Management:

Supervising kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene standards, and maintaining efficient operations.

Recipe Development:

Innovating new dishes while preserving traditional flavors.

Quality Control:

Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Stock & Inventory Management:

Monitoring supplies and placing orders as needed.

Training & Mentorship:

Guiding junior chefs and kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques.
