Tandoor operation
: Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring proper temperatures are reached and sustained for perfect cooking.
Food safety and hygiene
: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure proper handling of raw and cooked foods.
Menu management
: Assist in developing new recipes and menu items, and ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and company standards.
Inventory and supplies
: Monitor and manage the inventory of tandoori ingredients and supplies, and order them as needed.
Team collaboration
: Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and the timely preparation of dishes.
