Tandoor Cook



Responsible for preparing and cooking tandoori dishes, including naan bread, kebabs, and grilled meats, within a restaurant. They maintain the tandoor oven's cleanliness and safety, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes.

Preparing and cooking tandoori dishes.

Operating and maintaining the tandoor oven.

Marinating ingredients.

Monitoring & maintaining food quality during all stages of preparation.

Maintaining and following hygienic practices.

Assisting with menu planning and cost control measures related to tandoori items.
