Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook
tandoor items
such as kebabs, rotis, naan, parathas, tikkas, and grilled meats to perfection.
Ensure the
tandoor oven is properly heated, cleaned, and maintained
for efficient operation.
Prepare marinades, doughs, and accompaniments as per recipes and kitchen standards.
Assist in
menu preparation
and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure all
mise-en-place
is ready before each service.
