Job Description

Tandoor Commi - II is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Indian tandoori dishes under the guidance of senior chefs. This role involves supporting the kitchen team with mise en place, marination, and tandoor operations while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori items including naan, roti, kebabs, and grilled meats. Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Tandoor Chef or Commi I. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the tandoor oven and work area. Prepare ingredients, marinades, and mise en place for tandoori dishes. Ensure food is prepared according to quality standards and hygiene protocols. Monitor stock levels for tandoori ingredients and report shortages. Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies as needed. Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times. Cooperate with team members and maintain a professional kitchen environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
