Key duties involve preparing food for the tandoor, ensuring adherence to recipes and hygiene standards, cleaning the kitchen area and utensils, and collaborating with other kitchen staff for smooth operations. Core Responsibilities

Ingredient Preparation:

Wash, peel, cut, and slice ingredients for the tandoor and other dishes.

Marination:

Prepare and marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables for cooking in the tandoor oven.

Tandoor Operation:

Assist in operating and maintaining the tandoor oven, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Cooking Support:

Help the tandoor chef cook dishes in the tandoor oven, monitoring temperatures and cooking times.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Maintain a clean and organized tandoor station, properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, and cooking instruments.

Food Safety:

Store ingredients and food items according to food safety and health standards.
